Mrs. Cleberg is the President and CEO of Capstone Business Solutions, LLC, which
serves small business owners and high net worth individuals
by providing various sophisticated and strategic support
services in concert with other expert joint venture and affiliate partners wherein all services, support and deliverables are educationally based and relationship driven. Capstone’s primary emphasis is commercial real estate
and commercial financing solutions along side various
tax planning strategies, which create greater cash flow in the marketplace.
She is also the co-owner of a Homeland Security Consulting
firm. Nadine brings to Capstone Business Solutions,
LLC over 20+ years experience of senior level commercial
banking, which includes posts as Vice President, Relationship Manager, Marketing
Director, Operations Administrator, Business Development Officer, Commercial Lending Officer and fraud investigator. Nadine is well versed in various SBA programs including 8(a) contracting and Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE) opportunities.
Mrs.
Cleberg is a licensed Realtor and Member of the California Association or Realtors (CAR) as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is also a Member of the Strategy
Planning Professional Advisory Council, an alliance
of Tax and Estate Planning Attorneys, CPAs, Real Estate
and other financial professionals. Her wealth of experience provides a great
foundation for developing key affiliations for Capstone Business Solutions within the business community.
And lastly Mrs. Cleberg is the Founder of DOVE
Career Development, Inc., a faith-based non-profit
organization assisting individuals with gaining and developing workplace
skills or training support for employment success. She has secured federal grants from the Department of Labor under President Bush’s Faith and Community Based Initiative for her organization’s programs and has been recognized nationally
for her efforts.
